Had terrible hail damage on my brand new Mercedes after having it for less than a month. The team at hail response was so quick to help and went the extra mile to make sure my vehicle looked as good as new. Worked diligently with my insurance and even took it a step further with cleaning my vehicle upon return. I couldn’t believe the high quality service! If I could give 10 stars I would! Incredible. Easiest 5 star review here. From the moment I called Pete, he and his wife went above and beyond w professional service. Pete took his time and was very thorough w his hail damage inspection before I even agreed to use his service. That told me everything I needed to know. Pete and his staff are artists. They took their time and found really tough to see dents on my vehicle while doing an estimate. (It was as if they performed magic.) Results better than expected. I highly recommend Hail Response Team LLC . Pete was extremely professional and kept me updated throughout the process just like he said he would . Wow!!!
I've used several different dent removal people in the past but Pete was absolutely the best I've ever seen.
The work is flawless and the customer service was off the chart.
I have three Lexus and he is the only guy I'll use.
